1-Year Limited Warranty
Dash Tavern products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the Dash Tavern cup holder, supplied wiring, and USB charging unit. If your USB charger or another supplied component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, contact us and we’ll make it right.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect wiring or electrical modifications, accidents, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal cosmetic wear.
Charging cables and other consumable accessories are not covered by the warranty.
If you experience a problem, contact us at Dashtavern@gmail.com with your order information and a brief description of the issue. Photos may be requested to help us determine the best solution.
Dash Tavern may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component or product.
30 Day Returns
We want you to be happy with your Dash Tavern. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition and include all supplied components. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Items that have been damaged due to improper installation, incorrect wiring, modification, abuse, or misuse are not eligible for return.
